Joe Lillis is the founder of Ajax Partners. He has over 25 years experience as a highly accomplished leader and business owner in the ice manufacturing and cold storage industry. After selling his company, Joe transitioned to consulting for Dietary Supplement, OTC Drug, and Cosmetic companies. His primary focus was on the nascent CBD and cannabis industry which, from a regulatory and commodity standpoint, has enormous similarities to the packaged ice industry. Joe began by working with CBD/Cannabis manufacturers for several years before moving over to the retail side of the business.

Joe's most recent tenure at Underwriters Laboratories (UL)  speaks volumes about his capabilities supporting retailers. Serving as a trusted senior advisor to UL's global retail client base, his influence extended far beyond the organization. Joe provided invaluable counsel  for hemp and CBD products, guiding some of the world's largest retailers and giving them the information they needed to successfully negotiate purchasing agreements.
